Machine Builder / Fitter

Salary: £39,936 – £42,432 per year

Exceptional new permanent opportunities exist for this long established manufacturer of special purpose machinery based in the East Midlands.

This respected company is seeking competent and skilled mechanical fitters and machine builders ideally with some experience or an interest in pursuing a position within special purpose machine assembly / machine building.

Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems are essential to the role, although the electrical side of things not too much.

Being in a site based friendly environment, some machinery is returned for servicing or reconditioning, however in the main, you will be building new machines.

Those from the heavier side of engineering of particular interest i.e quarry machinery, crushers, heavy plant, ex military, although not entirely essential.

Offering competitive pay, plus time and a half overtime, the positions are open for immediate consideration and an immediate start for the right candidates whilst they go through this period of expansion.

Realistic earnings are £40K+ with pay reviews regularly
