Logistics Support Assistant

CIP are currently looking for a capable Warehouse/Production Assistant to support our Client’s warehouse operations and factory inventory. You will receive goods in, input data, stock check. Load and unload products onto vehicles, assign goods to correct warehouse locations. You will perform various warehouse activities and support the manufacturing area with required sundries.

Responsibilities
*Process, select and ship orders accurately
*Organise stocks and maintain inventory
*Inspect products for defects and damages
*Examine in going and outgoing shipments
*Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
*Check, verify and fill customer shipment sheets
*Support the manufacturing area with supply of required stock materials
*Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
*Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimise warehousing procedures
*Keep warehouse clean and organised daily
