Are you a Legal Secretary or a Legal Support Assistant looking for a new role? Do you want to work for an established law firm based in Walsall? Do you have experience within Conveyancing? If so, this could be the perfect role for you?
With a very busy and fast paced Residential Conveyancing team, my client, is now looking to add a Conveyancing Legal Support Assistant to join them at their head office in Walsall. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the legal staff members of the team across all three of our offices along with an existing team of Legal Support Assistants.
Benefits:
- Salary up to £30,000

- Location: Walsall
- 29 days holiday
- Permanent – office based only
- Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am -5pm
- 35 hours per week
Skills/Responsibilities:
- Handling initial enquires from clients
- First point of contact for clients and 3rd parties
- Opening and closing of files
- Update and maintain all data on the case management system
- Diary management
- Post completion duties
- Preparation of completion statements for clients
- Registration and SDLT formalities
Skills/Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a conveyancing role – ideally 2 years
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Experience with Microsoft office, word, outlook, Excel
- Able to prioritise and multitask
- Excellent communicator
- Great organisation and timekeeping skills
- Accurate with meticulous attention to detail
