The Company:
Our client is a well-established, International Manufacturing Company in the Automotive industry

Main duties:
To be responsible for the day to day Import/Export duties in order to develop the business on the National and International markets

The Role:
– To deal with enquiries on the daily basis via email, over the phone or face to face
– To process and follow up orders from suppliers and customers
– To create and manage quotations
– To deal with invoicing, credit note and import/ export documentation
– To process merchandise return in accordance with the company policy
– To liaise with various departments
– To handle complaints in a polite and efficient manners
– To occasionally make outbound calls to existing clients in order to maintain excellent relationship
– To be responsible for excellent Customer Service

The Candidate:
– Fluent in English (written and spoken)
– Fluent in any European languages (written and spoken)
– Previous experience in order processing or invoicing – Essential
– Previous experience in supply chain or purchasing or logistics – Essential
– Previous experience in Customer facing environment – Essential
– Experience and knowledge of Incoterms
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Degree educated or relevant years of experience
– Able to work as part of a team as well as to take initiatives
– Proactive and dynamic personality
– Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook…)

The Salary:
Between £26,000 per year and £26,000 per year + Bonus scheme Benefits (Pension scheme, Health insurance, Child care voucher etc.)
