Salary: £54,000 – £60,000 per year
A Support Analyst – Linux is required for this global leader in analytics to deliver excellent customer service providing hands-on administration, maintenance, and installation of enterprise software and solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to get involved in cloud infrastructures.
Required skills
* Experience Enterprise Platform Support
* Experience in systems support, user support, customer support, consulting, or training for enterprise class software and/or hardware.
* Experience with UNIX or Linux supporting enterprise class applications.
* Participate in a 24x7x365 on-call rotation.
Nice to have
* Familiarity with cloud-based platforms like MS Azure, AWS, GCP, or OpenShift
* Experience with Python, Ansible, or Kubernetes
* Scripting experience (bash, PowerShell, etc)
* Deploying and managing JavaEE web application
* Java or Web development experience
This role can be home based but will need to be close to office locations in either Buckinghamshire, London, Manchester or Glasgow
Salary + 15% bonus
