LGV Class 1 (C+E) ADR Fuel Tanker Driver

Rapidstart Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Class 1 ADR Fuel Tanker drivers for ongoing/temp2perm roles for our prestigious national fuel distribution client in Theale.

These roles will initially be temporary/ongoing with temp2perm opportunities available for the right people.

Payrates are as follows;

Mon/Fri – £15.00
Sat – £17.50
Sun – £19.50
Candidates must possess the following qualifications/skills;

Full UK Licence with Cat C+E entitlement and minimum 2 years experience
Valid ADR in tanks with relevant classes
Valid Petroleum Drivers Passport
Valid DCPC and Digi-Tacho card
Previous experience in commercial/domestic fuel or fuel oil deliveries
Experience with pump off/PTO
Key duties and responsibilities will include;

Delivering in a safe manner complying with all relevant legal and company procedures
Driving at all times in a safe and courteous manner
Monitor and report wear and tear to vehicles
Prevent and report damage
Knowledge of regulations surrounding the working time directive and tachographs
Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly
Carry out start/end checks as per procedure
Ensure vehicle loaded safely and correctly
Basic level of numeracy and literacy, in order to complete work documentation
All shift patterns are available including days, nights and weekend work.
