HGV 2 / LGV 2 / Class 2 Refuse Drivers

The role:

We are currently recruiting for LGV class 2 Driver Operators to be based from our Branch in Barking. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, however there will be some occasional weekend work required.

The duties are as follows:

The site in Barking operate varied LGV vehicles including RCV domestic waste, green waste and trade waste vehicles along with Recycling stillage vehicles. The role will involve the driving of the above vehicles alongside collecting waste with a team of loaders from properties within the borough of Barking. The successful candidate will work closely with the other members of the team and contribute to ensuring we provide the best service to our clients and customers whilst remaining compliant.

The applicant:

Applicants must be able to demonstrate a passion for professional driving coupled with communication skills. Working as part of a team the successful candidate must be a qualified LGV driver and be willing to work to high standard of customer service.
Driver CPC qualification card is essential.

Any experience from RoRo, Skips, Recycling, Waste refuse will be beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
