Salary: £26,000 per year
Due to the first class property sales, letting and property management service they provide, this ambitious and customer focussed business is opening a new City Centre office to meet with the demand for their services.
As the Lettings Manager for the office, you will report to the Director of the business with your key role being to win new instructions for the lettings team. You will be confident in your ability to build on the existing extensive relationships with developers, liaising with investors and winning new instructions.
You do not need previous experience in property sales but you will also have the opportunity to carry out sales valuations with full training provided.
You will have previous experience in lettings, ideally with knowledge of the City Centre market.
With a basic salary to £26,000and a realistic first year OTE of £30,000
Hours of work are 8.45am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and alternative Saturdays 9.30am to 4.30pm.
Great office location in the Jewellery Quarter with onsite parking. Own car is essential.
