Salary: £26,000 per yeardepending on experience + commission Excellent OTE!

We are recruiting for lettings branch managers for various successful property companies throughout the Nottinghamshire area
The Role:
* Managing a team of staff, predominantly within Lettings
* Ensuring the branch runs smoothly
* Creating property inventories for residential properties across the Nottingham area
* Regular Inspection visit of properties to ensure tenants/landlords are maintaining standards set out within their contracts
* Liaising with Landlords and Tenants to resolve any issues with the property
* All administration relating to property issues
* Rental valuations
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in management within a property environment
* Ability to liaise and negotiate with landlord and tenants in order to resolve problems and issues
* Good attention and eye for detail
* Computer literate
* Knowledge of leasing and letting agreements
* Must have full UK driving licence
