37 hours per week, Permanent and Full-Time

Our client has reorganised and refocused their neighbourhood services to drive excellent customer service and increase resident satisfaction. They’ve created new posts and increased the number of housing officers to do this.

They now have a new and exciting opportunity to lead their lettings team. As Lettings Manager you will be delivering a high quality lettings service; ensuring high resident satisfaction with regards their properties, maximising income by letting properties as quickly as possible, to a high standard. You will be working with local authorities and other partner agencies in delivering these objectives and working with project teams on regeneration schemes.

You will have the ability to successfully juggle varying duties and priorities whilst also demonstrating excellent leadership skills which inspire and motivate staff. You will possess highly developed interpersonal skills, being able to effectively communicate and tailor your style as needs be, establishing trust and credibility across all levels. Ideally you’ll be a graduate with a housing management qualification and a member of CIH.

As you’ll be travelling across our sites you’ll need to be adaptable and flexible, with a full driving licence and use of a private vehicle.
