Group Heating Manager/ Heating Manager (Social Housing)

Salary £48,000per annum
Permanent, 37 hours per week
Our client is seeking a Group Heating Manager to ensure that residents have a heating system in their properties that is safe and is operating correctly. This is a unique opportunity to set something new up from scratch.
In this key role you will work within the Asset Management Team with specific requirements to meet the health and safety requirements around gas appliances and installations. As a senior member of the team you will be proactive in your approach and you will lead the Heating Team successfully, responsible for their in-house Engineers you will ensure they all meet targets.
Other duties will include developing and maintaining the annual service plan for heating systems, maintain a system of auditing the performance of the in-house and contractor teams and additionally you will also deal with any service failures and complaints.
The successful candidate will possess Gas Safety Registration ACS, including CCN1, CEN1, HTR1, WAT1, CPA1, CKR1 and CMDDA1. Up to date industry regulation is also required and experience of planning, delivering and managing a complex programme of gas servicing or repairs. They are also seeking an experienced manager who has worked within a service led environment. The ability to lead projects at a high level and work with senior managers is essential. An understanding of auditing principals and strong IT skills are also necessary.
