PURPOSE OF JOB:
To work with the Legal and Compliance teams to provide leadership and guidance for the efficient and effective management of contracts and compliance issues within the business. This role is a fixed term contract role to cover maternity with an expected duration of between six to nine months.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Team management for both Legal and Compliance teams
- Support in the drafting and negotiation of key customer and supplier contracts
- Liaising with SLT and BSS Board on specific legal issues
- Support the wider legal team with general legal tasks
INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Represent Bytes in negotiation with key customer contracts
- Support and advise the SLT and Board on ad hoc legal matters
- Support the legal and compliance teams in day to day work

Years of Experience
- Experience in a Legal management role within a corporate organisation (i.e. Legal Manager, Commercial Manager, Commercial Contracts Manager) – REQUIRED
