Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor / Legal Executive

Salary: £60,000 – £108,000 per year

My client is currently looking for a Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their York, North Yorkshire office.

Whilst Covid-19 has presented the legal sector with a number of challenges, their systems and infrastructure has enabled them to quickly adapt to new ways of working they are keen to continue with their strategic plan for expansion.

My client is able to offer both office or remote working opportunities.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a new challenge in a lead role. You will have the autonomy to develop your practice, but will benefit from the support of first class back-office support services, enabling you to focus on your relationships and client work. Whilst you will be given the freedom to work independently, you will be supported to progress your own career and grow a team around you.

My client is looking for applications from team players with strong communication and networking skills and professional approach to work. You should have a strong reputation with a good client base to further build upon.

The candidate:

Qualified Solicitor or FILEX, 10+ years PQE minimum

A following/clientbase

Commercially minded with business development skills to support plans for growth and develop your own career.

Excellent technical, IT, client care and communication skills.

Self motivated and professional.

Strong management skills, with the ability to lead a team and develop junior colleagues.
