Learning & Development Specialist

Salary: £45,600 – £48,000 per year

Elevation HR are currently recruiting for a Learning & Development Specialist for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. This role is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and work with the Learning & Development Manager to deliver the Learning & Development strategy throughout the business.

The role will be responsible for:
* Partner with the Managers to design and deliver creative, innovative and inspiring L&D inventions and initiatives that drive individual and team development
* Manage projects to further enhance the value L&D brings to the business (For example, Training Academy, Skills Modules, Coaching and Mentoring, Management Development, Technical Training, Induction and Onboarding)
* Continually develop or existing training programmes to react to any changes within the business and the market
* Keep up to date on L&D best practice and suggest improvements to current L&D approach

Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
* Experience of full training cycle
* Experience of delivering management development training
* Possess sound knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
* Be able to demonstrate a methodical, logical and intelligent approach to problem resolution
* Possess proven organisational skills capable of handling multiple assignments
* Educated to graduate level
