Learning & Development Consultant

Nicholas Associates has a vacancy for a professional, experienced and driven Learning and Development Consultant to work within our dynamic and fast growing consulting team. The successful candidate will have experience of supporting blue chip organisations to develop the talent within their business.

Specific competencies looked for include:
*Strong consulting skills, with experience working with large blue chip organisations across the full Learning and Development life cycle
*Proven track record of design and delivery of training in a commercial environment
*Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in clearly defining learning needs and developing learning objectives.
*Excellent training development, delivery and facilitation skills, with ability to flex across a range of subject specialisms
*Experience of consulting on and implementing OD initiatives
*Demonstrates knowledge and application of learning theory in design choices and the use of blended learning approach
*Flexible to a constantly changing environment
*Strong communication skills

Travel throughout the UK is a requirement of this role.
