Learning and Development Assistant – London

Our client, a leading management consulting firm, is looking for a Recruitment Assistant to join the Human Resources and Recruiting team on a permanent basis. The environment within the team is collegiate; whilst they each have their own area of expertise they work together closely and ensure that they have an understanding of each other’s roles, particularly where they cross over.

Responsibilities:

* Managing local training for consultants
* Working with the Learning and Development Coordinator to plan and manage local Induction programmes for consulting staff
* Monitoring the Learning and Development mailbox
* Managing registrations, allocating venues for sessions, sending invitations, booking rooms s, catering, pre-work and reminder announcements and recording all attendees
* Preparing training materials and collateral required for training sessions
* Ensuring local Friday trainings run smoothly including acting as the first point of contact for any cancellations or late running sessions
* Maintaining training data for Career Development Committee purposes
* Collecting and compiling feedback on each training session
* Managing all regional and global training registrations for consultants
* Maintaining registration and attendance data
* Updating staffing availability with training attendance
* Coordinating travel logistics for London participants
* Planning and managing details, communication, pre-work, and logistics for the bi-annual four day off-site Regional Training programme
