Learning and Development

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Learning and Development Advisor. As the Learning and Development Advisor you will be part of a friendly team based in Leicester – you will need to be a driver to be successful in the role of Learning and Development Advisor as you will need to visit various sites within the UK. As the Learning and Development Advisor you will be responsible for managing training requirements for all the UK units and will facilitate the interaction with Group Development processes and systems.

The key responsibilities for the Learning and Development Advisor are:

Administration of Learning Management System
Develop an end to end training process within LMS
Coordination of the E-Learning development
Coordinate and develop On-boarding trainings for new employees
Organisation of Induction days
Coordinate and develop training according to the company needs
Provide support and guidance to employees / managers with their development plans
Identify training and development needs within the company
Organisation of SAP Classroom Training
Preparation of standard and specialist reports
Maintain effective and accurate filing systems

Ideally we are looking for the successful Learning and Development Advisor to possess, or be working towards their CIPD Training and Development qualification. You should be familiar with managing data in SAP/HCM and a Learning Management System. We are seeking applicants who are enthusiastic, approachable, diplomatic, team-players with good communication and influencing skills.
