Lead Service Designer BPSS

Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a Service Designer to join our team. This is a 3-month contract position with the possibility of extension. The role is remote-based and falls outside IR35. Current BPSS clearance is required.

Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with the team to design and improve processes using SAP and UI5 integration
– Understand the constraints of UI5 integration with SAP and develop solutions to engineer out manual processes
– Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective service designs
– Lead the integration of processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness
– Ensure that all designs meet the requirements of the ETMP programme.

Qualifications:
– Experience in service design, preferably in a similar role
– Strong understanding of UI5 integration with SAP
– Knowledge of GDS processes and requirements
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote-based environment
