£26,000 per year +Bonus +Commission

Our client, based in Swansea, is looking to expand their team with a new exciting opportunity to help elevate the business and generate growth. They are seeking a Lead Generation candidate to join their small team. The company saw an increase in business within the first months of the pandemic and has been on the rise since. Our client is looking for a person who has a positive can-do attitude, someone who is a capable of working alone but is happy to help when needed, target driven, flexible and is hungry for success. The candidate will have excellent customer service skills as well as the ability to build relationships with prospective clients.

Your duties:

Using an in house CRM system to help distinguish and identify target markets, working with marketing teams to support and contact prospective clients
Using your communicative skills to contact prospective clients via email and phone
Bespoke negotiation based on a client by client basis. Negotiation tactics will be dependant on client contact as well as the organisation
Assigning appointments for field-based staff
Some inclusion and liaison with marketing team in regard to marketing opportunities
Management of your contacts and leads within their CRM database.
