Lead Generation Executive

We have an exciting opportunity for an experience and driven Lead Generation Executive with a sales or construction environment background. The salary for the successful Executive will be up to £30,000 per annum depending on experience, plus sales bonus – which will not be capped.

Their office is based in Stevenage, this is an office based position.

The objective for the position is to develop a client base, which will involve a lot of fact finding and relationship building in a niche market, researching and learning about different opportunities and solutions. 

The company has a great Marketing team who help to generate inbound enquires, other leads will be sourced by the successful person from any of the following; database calling/networking / market mapping, events and recommendations.

Able to develop and build strong working relationships.

• Customer data base knowledge to gain opportunities
• Self-motivated, driven, methodical, personable, optimistic and resourceful, player.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Excellent time management, multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines set.
• Ability to use own initiative.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
• Competent using Word and Excel
• CRM system – can be trained but previous experience would be helpful

Full time role 40 hours a week Monday to Friday 8.30hrs to 17.30hrs with hour for lunch
