In 2011 Genix Healthcare were the first dental corporate to create a national apprenticeship scheme for Dental Nurses. We also recently opened the UKs largest dental laboratory, Sparkle, to ensure that all of our dentists receive the highest quality of materials therefore increasing patient satisfaction.

The majority of surgeries have state of the art Kavo chairs with intraoral cameras as standard. Each practice has an individual theme from Harry Potter to past Hollywood stars such as Marilyn Monroe & Frank Sinatra.

Responsibilities:
– Greeting patients on arrival and requesting for medical questionnaires to be completed
– Answer and deal with any telephone enquiries
– Book appointments for patients
– Complete filing of patient records

Essential Skills/Experience:
– Demonstrating excellent customer care skills at all times.
– Knowledge of SOE software

Mon 8:00 – 8:00
Tues 8:30 – 8:00
Weds 8:30 – 7:00
Thurs 8:30 – 5:00
Fri 8:30 – 4:00
Sat 10:00 – 2:00
