Bridge Street Dental Centre is a well-established independent dental practice, located close to the town Centre of Taunton with parking conveniently close by in Wood Street carpark. The current partners are proud to say that have been at the practice for over 20 years offering excellent continuity of care.

What the role involves
- Opportunity to work Monday to Friday 8.20am – 5.30pm (1 hour unpaid lunch break)
- Option to work flexible days
- Career progress to Lead Receptionist for the right candidate
- Understand the vision and brand message for the practice
- Front of house and receptionist duties; telephone management including booking and rescheduling appointments
- Forward planning diaries for clinician, and timely administration including sending welcome emails, collecting consent and medical history forms
- Processing payments and recording daily takings
- Opening and closing the practice
- Provide outstanding customer service at all times, deal with patient objections effectively and efficiently
- Follow all practice systems and procedures
- Any other ad hoc responsibilities as reasonably requested

What we need from you
- Good communication and customer service skills, keeping patient satisfaction in mind
- Excellent professionalism and relationship building skills
- Able to work intuitively and adapt to change
- Strong work ethic, teamwork ability with an enthusiastic people-first attitude
- High levels of attention to detail
- Proficient user of the requisite dental software and Microsoft package
- Vaccinated against Covid-19
