L&d Advisor – 12 Month FTC

Salary: £42,000 per year

Anderson Knight are recruiting a L&D Advisor (12 month FTC) to support our Glasgow City Centre. Reporting into the Head of L&D this role will assist with training co-ordination, liaising with senior managers and suppliers and sourcing training courses.

The main duties and responsibilities are:

* Working with managers and subject matter experts to support a continuous learning culture and content that maximises the potential of employees

* Supporting managers to develop their team members through appropriate external courses, apprenticeships and e-learning packages and in-house training where appropriate.

* Ensuring all training undertaken is logged and feedback forms completed and reviewed

* Supporting the Head of Learning Development with ongoing development of the company’s eLearning platform to ensure it is fit for purpose and continues to evolve with the business

* Updating eLearning courses as required, and on occasion potentially writing these

* Recognising different styles of training techniques relevant to the learning audience, and incorporating these to best fit specific teams and departments, to ensure full engagement

* Assisting the Head of Learning & Development with the annual Employee Engagement Survey

* Supporting all departments with internal and external bespoke training needs where needed

The ideal candidate will have:

* 2 + years experience working in a L&D role

* Ideally an understanding of external employee engagement surveys (planning, preparation, communication and reviewing results)

* Excellent communicator: face to face, written, and via telephone and via Teams

* Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building

* Committed individual, displaying drive, ambition, and professionalism

* Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and projects

* Excellent attention to detail
