IMMEDIATE START: Accounts Payable Administrator 6 Month FTC

Salary: £26,000per year

Location: Caerphilly

My client, a growing, dynamic and diverse employer in Caerphilly are looking to an Accounts Payable Administrator.

Continuing with the development of a centralised Finance function, the Accounts Payable Team are looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their busy and dynamic office.

The Role:

To provide customer contact, guidance and administrative support services for Accounts Payable functions
To deal with and resolve in-bound queries from Customers and Suppliers, only escalating to the Accounts Payable Team Leader complex queries
To deliver a high quality service to all Customers to ensure that relevant deadlines are metResponsibilities:

Responsible for the processing of supplier invoices that have been approved for payment, adhering to agreed payment terms and providing expert advice relating to the processing and control of the Accounts Payable ledger
Review of invoices pertaining to allocated SAP entities and when necessary provide support to the invoice data capture and verification process
Weekly review workflow status pertaining to allocated Sites / Business Units, with Account Payable Team Leader, providing reasons and/or explanation for aged issues
Provide advice and guidance to Customers on policies, practices and procedures to ensure consistency and best practiseEducation & Experience

Essential

Good systems experience
Accounts Payable experience
SAP experience
Workflow Experience
