Marketing Assistant (6 Month FTC)

A Marketing Assistant is required for a six month fixed term contract for a leading agricultural company based within an easy commute of Grimsby and Lincoln. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate who is looking for their first steps in their career, as it will give you great exposure to a full marketing mix role.
Reporting to the marketing manager you take responsibility to;
• Circulating literature such marketing display boards and leaflets to both external and internal contacts.
• Book events and maintain the show calendar by organising equipment and logistics for shows.
• Interact with the Marketing team, Product Managers and agency suppliers to develop marketing campaigns and projects.
• Assist with the updating and running of the company’s website.
• Set up and co-ordinate internal and external marketing related meetings.
• To monitor the requirements for the use of exhibition equipment at shows and other events.
You will have a good attention to detail and be able to handle and manage a challenging workload under tight deadlines. It would be advantageous if you have experience of an industry standard desktop publishing programme, such as InDesign or Quark.
Please note this role does involve manual handling and often heavy lifting on a regular basis.
