Land and Planning Manager

Land & Planning Manager x2
Location: 1 in Central London, 1 in Brighton
Salary: £42,702 – £61,200per annum
Contract Term: Permanent
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.

Greenacre Recruitment are working alongside a large housing association to source two Land and Planning Managers. With plans to deliver 1,500 new homes each year, you will be joining a forward thinking organisation.

Key Responsibilities;

1. Researching and identifying land opportunities
2. Appraising land opportunities and making bids for sites
3. Visiting the sites to assess them
4. Maintain positive relationships with agents, land owners and house builders
5. Manage planning applications
6. Attain approval from Head of Land and Planning
7.Meet financial KPI?s
8. Autonomy to make bids, subject to contract and board approval process

To be considered for this role, you must have;

1. Experience in land buying (at least 1 year)
2. Influencing and negotiating skills
3. Ability to network and build relationships
4.Knowledge of the planning process
5. Financial appraisal skills
6. Knowledge of residential development process and the ability to identify risks associated with residential developments
