Knowledge Management Consultant

Salary: £900 – £1,020 per day

A large public sector organisation is looking for an experienced Knowledge Management practitioner with experience using Dynamics CRM & SharePoint to support them in their ambitious transformation journey. This is a minimum three month daily-rate contract, outside of IR35, and will require hybrid working from offices based in Hampshire.

You will be responsible for all knowledge for the business through a Knowledge Base and your implementation of an effective and efficient Knowledge Management Strategy and processes. You will use your knowledge articles and assets to assist employees and customers to ‘self-serve’ through Dynamics 365 and websites. It is essential for this role you have extensive experience of knowledge management technologies, delivery vehicles, operational improvement, strategy development and project management.

Essential experience:

• Proven track record in a Knowledge Management role for a large organisation
• Knowledge management technologies and delivery vehicles
• Knowledge Management Strategy development
• Project Management – including planning, stakeholder management and reporting
• Exceptional written and editing skills including utilising different tones of voice for different audiences
• Customer services/front-line service understanding
• Dynamics CRM & SharePoint user experience
• Ideally, a degree or similar relevant professional certification
