Reports to: Customer Services Manager

Overview of the role

To co-ordinate the planned training dates agreed with Key Account clients in the contract or service level agreement.

To handle day to day contact and enquiries from Key Account clients and inform the Key Accounts Managers and Customer Services Manager of any issues or barriers to planned sales.

To develop excellent relationships with Key Accounts.

Support the Key Account Managers to increase the revenue from Key Account clients year on year.

Main responsibilities

* Carry out administration and maintain contact with each Key Account as directed to meet the agreed service level set by the Customer Services Manager and Key Accounts Manager.
* Communicate the training planned for the contract or service level by the Planner.
* Co-ordinate prompts and reminders with Key Accounts to achieve the attendance on courses planned out to meet the contract or service level as agreed.
* Collate data, on costs, sales and courses filled, unfilled for Key Account Managers reports to Key Account clients.
* Analyse information and data on performance and highlight potential risks to achieve the service levels within Key Accounts.
* Completion of order tracker upon booking confirmation, to initiate administration process.
* Handle enquiries and complaints from Key Account clients.
* Communicate and/or manage with relevant parties for additional revenue opportunities from Key Accounts.
* Be proactive in the approach with Key Accounts to source opportunities and feed back.
