Salary: £27,600 – £30,000 per year

Junior Technical Sales and Marketing Coordinator (Based in Eastern Europe, South Germany, Netherlands)

The client:

The role:

· Driving the collaboration with European distribution businesses
· Implementation of digital tools and working processes. Knowledge of digital software (MS Dynamics, MS Teams, SharePoint)
· Aid implantation of a new CRM system.
· Aid the introduction of a standardised marketing process that generates new business leads
· Assessment of market data and trends in order that informed decisions are made for segment focus and new product development
· Support stage gate projects from leads through to sales (Market mapping, CRM data analysis)
· Provide support in lifecycle management and portfolio analytics
· Help customers choose appropriate materials for their needs, closely liaising with technical support.
· Follow up on trials and samples that have been provided to customers, offering guidance as required.
· Work closely with relevant departments to help deal with claims, quality issues, customer complaints

The Person:

· Related Degree in Chemicals, Polymers, Materials Science etc
· Awareness of digital marketing practices – not an expert but familiar with how these work in general
· Up to 3 years in a commercial working environment, graduates also considered
· Well organised, works well to systems and with others.
· Proactive and self-motivated, able to take on tasks with minimal supervision.
· Inquisitive nature and keen to suggest new ideas
· Professional level of English, both written and Verbal. Another language is beneficial.
· Aspiration to work internationally
