The right junior technical BA will have:
* Java Scripting skills
* SQL scripting skills
* Familiarity with.NET
* Experience with MS- SQL Server
* Working knowledge of:
– Process Mapping
– Development of Data flow diagrams
– UML

The right candidate will also have strong communication skills, both verbal and written and excellent problem solving skills.

Desirable criteria:
* Experience or exposure to the insurance industry
* Knowledge of development life-cycle
