Job Title: Technical Service Manager
Location: Saffron Walden, Essex
Salary: up to £60,000p.a.
Hours: Monday – Friday 08:30am – 5:00pm / 37.5 hours per week
Contract Type: Full time, permanent
Our client based in Saffron Walden, Essex is looking for an Technical Service Manager to join their team and provide an outstanding service to their clients.
As Technical Service Manager you will be responsible for:
- Managing Engineers and Technical Support to ensure Customers receive a high level of service
- Building strong customer relationships
- Service & repair
- Pre/Post sales support
- Developing/Implementing KPIs
- Supporting and developing the team
- Customer quotations
- Product training for staff and end users
- On site installation of product (UK & International travel required).
An ideal candidate for the Technical Service Manager will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong people management skills
- Electro-mechanical background
- Experience implementing KPIs
- Excellent customer relationship skills.
