Junior Service Receptionist / Parts Advisor

My client, a commercial vehicle main dealer are looking for a new team member to join their service and parts department

No previous experience is required, just a positive attitude!
Training will be given to allow the successful candidate to progress internally

The role will involve dealing with customer requirements for service and repair efficiently and working in harmony with the other departments to maximise customer satisfaction

Have a high level of motivation and ability to follow processes while under pressure is fundamental
