The Junior Relationship Manager will join an innovative business which provides a real-time information and booking platform for the healthcare industry. Launched in London in 2012 and with some key investors on board, the business is looking to expand its reach across the UK with the inclusion of additional services.

As a Junior Relationship Manager you will manage multiple client accounts in the London region, ensuring that clients are satisfied with the company’s services. You will have exceptional communication and time-management skills, and will know what it takes to build strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities as a Junior Relationship Manager:

• Managing multiple client accounts, building and maintaining strong, effective relationships
• Analysing sales data using Salesforce
• Visiting new clients in order to install the company’s bespoke software
• Continually updating the client database

Skills and Attributes:

• At least 12 months’ commercial experience within an online environment
• Outstanding communication skills, with a ‘hands-on, friendly attitude
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise workload

Candidates who have experience working with Salesforce and/or have experience working within the healthcare industry are of high interest.
