Junior / Graduate EC&I Engineer

Nuclear New Build Project.

Assystem are looking for a Junior / Graduate EC&I Engineer (Electrical / Controls / Automation) to support the upcoming Commissioning delivery programme. Ideally, you the role holder will be degree qualified in an engineering field of either Electrical or Automation and Controls.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop technically, progress your career and work on one of the largest infrastructure projects in Europe currently. The project has an estimated value of over £20bn and is the first Nuclear Power Plant in the UK for over a generation, providing low-carbon electricity for over 6 million homes.

Responsibilities:

* Assist in interfacing with all delivery team managers

* Participate in the clarification of training needs (I&C priority, plus other disciplines)

* Interfacing with the Nuclear Skills Academy (NSA) team in charge to design the training sessions in accordance with NNB needs.

Essential Experience / Qualifications:

* Degree qualified in a relevant engineering discipline (EC&I)

* Experience within a highly regulated industry (preferable)

* Security Clearance *

Due to the nature of work to be undertaken applicants will be required to meet certain residency criteria in order to attain a minimum level of UK security clearance if not already security cleared to a minimum SC level.
