Salary: £33,600 – £42,000 per year

Operations and Technical Engineer

This role would suit a graduate or someone who has completed an HND or Apprenticeship in Electrical Engineer but has a good mechanical knowledge and has at least 1 years work experience using these skills. You must have good electrical engineering skills and a good understanding of mechanical engineering.

Based in Borehamwood, this role will work alongside the Production Supervisor with progressing contracts through to completion.

Responsibilities will include:-

* Communicating with project teams and collaborating with suppliers

* Progressing electrical engineering contracts including control circuit design, site wiring diagrams and compiling manuals for bespoke made equipment

* Preparing and revising P&IDs, GA’s and PED standard drawings

* Ensuring equipment compliance with design data

* Preparing and updating documents

* Conducting and reviewing Health and Safety assessments

* Quality Management

As long as you have the electrical engineering skills listed above and a good understanding of mechanical engineering, training will be given.
