Electrical Bias Multi – Skilled Engineer

We are recruiting for a Building Services Electrical bias multi- skilled Engineer to cover the Mid and North Wales region. The company you will be working for are a Major Building Services and Construction company throughout the UK.

The ideal candidate will be required to carry our reactive and planned maintenance on various plant and equipment. The reactive side of the role may touch upon HVAC, Electrical and pipework. Knowledge of catering equipment maintenance and working of refrigeration and/or AC units will be an advantage.

You will need experience of, or knowledge in Fault finding, Rectification and Planned maintenance of single and three phase power, Emergency lighting, Motors, BMS Operation (Trend), Controls, Variable speed drives, Air Handling Units, Chilled Beam, 1st line Air conditioning VRV, Chillers, Split units, 1st line boilers, pumps, pressurisation units, 1st Line UPS and generators, 1st line fire alarm, security, access control systems.

The buildings worked upon will be government, institutional and commercial buildings. You will be required to be a team player, have excellent customer service skills as the majority of buildings you work upon will be client facing.

You must hold your 17th edition and be fully electrical qualified and a 2391 is highly desirable.

qualifications would be an IPAF or PASMA licence as you may be required to work at heights, if you do not hold this qualification, you will be put through it with the company so must be willing to complete.

You will be provided with a company vehicle, phone, lap top and there is the potential for overtime. The normal working day is 8am to 4.30 pm and there the call out rota is only 1 in every 6-8 weeks.
