Junior Contract Manager – Commerical Offices – Hard FM – M3 Corridor
My client is a growing building maintenance service provider with an expanding portfolio of buildings across the South of England. Due to this growth, they are seeking a Mobile Junior Contract Manager to work the west of M25 region, from Southampton to Reading (possible occasional work up to Milton Keynes).
The successful candidate will be responsible for the weekly engineering operation of a number of commercial offices within the region of the M3.
Job Specification:
* Responsibility for a team of 6 x Mobile Maintenance Engineers
* Ensure client satisfaction levels are at a constantly high level.
* Identifying extra works and leading projects up to £50,000.00
* Strong understanding of the portfolio and individual contracts P/L and demonstrated in internal monthly contractual reviews.
* Ensure contractually agreed KPIs / SLAs are met.
* Attend strategic contractual/operational meetings with the client on a monthly basis, or as required.
* Ensuring line reports are successful in completion of all reactive and PPM works orders to ensure timely completion and close out, meeting KPIs and SLAs as necessary.
* Provide leadership and management to the site team as necessary.
Salary & Package
* £60,000 Per Annum + Full Expensed Car
* Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 17:00

The Person:
* Full UK Driving Licence
* City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 in Electrical or Mechanical / Plumbing Engineering
* Competent Electrical knowledge
* Demonstrate strong communication and people skills
