ITIL Consultant – ITIL Service Management – Milton Keynes
My leading client in Milton Keynes has recently completed an ITIL self assessment looking at the maturity of the service desk. I am looking for an ITIL specialist to help the support team meet maturity level goals from an incident management perspective.
The ITIL Consultant/Analyst will be required to build products, introduce tools and analytics to deliver a documented/auditable structure.
The ideal ITIL Consultant should have extensive experience with ITIL Service Management and designing, developing and implementing ITIL processes. Must be ITIL certified. This role could be suitable for an ITIL Consultant, ITIL Analyst, ITIL Process Consultant, ITIL Service Manager, ITIL Support Manager etc…
6 month Contract
£360 – £480 per day
