IT Support Specialists

Salary: £26,000 – £42,000per year

We’re looking for a number of IT Support Specialists from Junior to Senior level, 1st, 2nd to 3rd Line to join our clients award-winning team, providing awesome tech support to customers all over the World. By working with the team, you will help their customers through collaboration, effective communication and by using the best technology.

About you:
• You’re a customer service champion preferring phone call or face to face communication over email
• You can communicate effectively and efficiently, and also provide advice to nontechnically minded customers
• You’re a proactive problem solver with great attention to detail
• You have excellent verbal and written communication
• You have the ability to manage your time and prioritise your workload effectively
• You’re able to perform in high pressure situations and keep customers informed and calm in an outage or incident
• You love to investigate solutions and enjoy looking for ways to work smarter and innovate through technology
• You keep things simple and always keep the customers best interest in mind
• You celebrate diversity; supporting and encouraging the different voices in a team
• You’re able to build strong relationships with customers, partners and vendors to enable the best end-user experience
Desirable skills and experience:
• 1 – 2 years’ experience in a desktop IT support role assisting customers both on-site and remotely
• Experience managing user creation and access within Active Directory and Office 365
• Exposure to tools such as Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online and SharePoint Online
• Experience supporting Windows desktop and server environments
• Experience training end users and assisting in rolling out new products and solutions
• Experience installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Experience troubleshooting common network and internet Issues
