IT Support Engineer (EMEA)
£31,200Salary
Based – Chiswick, West London W4
Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm
Immediate start
Experience of remote IT Support preferred
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
Role:
This is a 1st / 2nd line support desk / side technician role providing software & network support, training & troubleshooting to onsite & remote users across the global organisation. To maintain all computer hardware, PC software & operating systems (Mac & Windows)
Duties:
To perform a variety of technical & end user support duties including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting & replacement of standard desktop / laptop computers.
Provide IT induction training
Manage & test operating systems, software programs & other IT equipment.
Network installations
Excellent Customer Service
Supporting both Mac & Windows Operating Systems
