IT Support Engineer (Mcsa)

Salary: £30,000 – £42,000 per year

* Other services as you become trained in them
* Microsoft Office 2010 – 2019

* Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange

* Networking technologies including LAN/WAN
* VLAN Configuration
* Configuring DNS Records
* DHCP/DNS
* Minimum 2 years experience providing 2nd Line Support for a Managed Service Provider or internal IT support team
* Full clean UK Driving Licence
Job Role:
To provide Clients with predominantly telephone and remote technical support, escalating to the senior CST 3rd line team or Technical Director where appropriate.As a senior CST 2nd line engineer you will be required to work with the rest of the CST 2nd line team to manage inbound tickets and calls; triaging and addressing where appropriate.
