Salary: £72,000 – £84,000 per year
Senior Wi-Fi Support Engineer/ Principal Technical Support Engineer/Network Support Engineer – Remote / Wireless / WAN / LAN / Switch / Router
Our Client, a Global Telecoms OEM, is looking for an experienced Wi-Fi Technical Support Engineer to join their EMEA TAC support team, to look after their premier/VIP customers in the UK and Ireland.
You will have:-
* Wireless support experience
* Technical assistance centre experience – remote support experience
* WAN / LAN Switch / Router support experience TCP/IP, L3 routing, L2 switching, Multicast, firewalls, QOS
* Troubleshooting skills – wireless technology 802.11x, WLAN authentication, encryption, EAP,PSK, Radius,AAA, DNS
This is a UK based, fully remote position
Salary c£72,000 – £84,000 + bonus + benefits
