Job Title: IT Services Manager
Location: Peterborough
Salary: £36,000 – £48,000

My client, a growing business who have recently undertaken a large amount of new work, are looking to recruit a Manager to lead their IT Services and Support teams. Within this varied role the successful applicant will be responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures, monitoring and improving SLA s and managing the team on a daily basis.

This role will have a small hands-on element, so a decent all-round IT knowledge is highly beneficial

Key Skills Required:
Management experience
of managing IT Support / Helpdesk / Service Desk teams
Good IT knowledge
Ability to implement, monitor and improve SLA s
Strong documentation skills
Excellent communication skills
