Service Delivery Manager

We need a big picture person with the vision to set meaningful targets which will accelerate business performance. You will need to have proven operations management experience in a medium sized company.

The successful candidate will be high profile within the business and will ensure their teams’ targets are met.

You will be responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of the company’s critical asset – its huge data base of items that are electronically transacted by its clients. The person appointed will be responsible for the quality of the data as well as for identifying creative ways of using it to drive further business growth.
