We are currently looking for an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join a vibrant and fast growing IT company.
The successful candidate must be currently working as an IT Service Manager and have IT industry experience (preferably with a reseller). You must have past experience of dealing with large accounts and have a proven track record of excellent customer service.
The role will involve building strong customer relationships and to act as the Customer Advocate. You will be identifying trends and SLA performance through analysis of Request Tickets.
The salary for this position is £36,000 – £48,000 + 20% bonus + £4,200 car allowance + Mobile phone and laptop allowance. On top of all this you will have the corporate benefits package which includes contributory pension, full healthcare and life assurance.
