Service Delivery Manager

Salary: £60,000 – £78,000 per year

SCC has enjoyed a number of recent significant customer wins and as a result we are looking to recruit an experienced Service Delivery Manager to ensure we maintain the very highest standards.

You will act as the primary point of contact for the client so exceptional customer management skills are essential. Ideally you will have a successful track record within a Managed Service Provider and have experience of delivering Data Centre and/or Cloud services

The role will be based at our Birmingham head office and will require travel to customer sites as required.
