Building Services Manager (mechanical bias)
A family run main contractor with multiple offices across the UK are looking for exceptional building services managers to join them due to winning 7 new projects.
The Building Services Manager (mechanical bias)
As a building services manager you will be required to work on one of the following projects:
Newbuild School – Central London
Residential Development – Westminster
Residential Development – Holloway
MOD project – Ashbridge
You will initially be based in head office and then work on site at delivery stage until PC. As Building Services Manager you will upstream to a regional M&E Director and work closely with the project director and teams on site.

The company you will be working for is family run and has been for just under 60 years. They work across multiple sectors in the construction market as well as infrastructure.
Experience and Qualifications
The required background for this role can be flexible. If you have worked as a Mechanical Project Engineer / Project Manager / Building Services Engineer / Building Services Manager / Technical Services Manager you may have the required skills for the role.
Necessary requirements are:
• Ideally Mechanically biased, strong electrically biased candidates will be considered
• 4-5 years experience in a similar role (see above)
• Sub-contractor management
• Some commercial understanding would be preferred
• Delivery of both M&E services to high value projects throughout the city
You will ideally be from a large Sub Contract or existing Main Contracting background, having run projects valued between £5m-£18m, be comfortable managing subcontractors and be a strong communicator across the board.
Remuneration
The successful applicants will enjoy a salary of £60,000 – £72,000complete with negotiable package
