An opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant to manage a Contract Recruitment team. The main focus will be to Increase contract/perm placements within the IT Industry.

IT Recruitment Consultant must have:

You will need to have relevant experience as a Recruitment Consultant – ideally within the technology arena – Support, Software, Testing, Design
Be able to evidence having grown a desk and generated permanent or contract fees of £144,000 + annually
Intelligent, savvy Recruiters who are creative and resourceful

IT Recruitment Consultant Role

An experienced recruiter in the Temp/Contract sector – IT industry
Strong business development skills with experience of new and existing client development
Proven track record of organising and managing a temp/contract desk
Productive resourcing methods for attracting candidates
