Salary: £33,600 – £54,000 per year

We’re recruiting for two roles!

Both our market-leading Procurement and FM Teams are expanding, which means we have a rare opportunity for two experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our successful, passionate, and talented teams.

It is an exciting time to join Insight Executive Group; following three consecutive record-breaking quarters for the company, we have been shortlisted for not just one, but three prestigious awards at the 2021 Recruiter Awards.

Our organisation has grown significantly over the past 12 months, both for interim and permanent assignments, and we are looking for consultants with at least two years of experience to join the teams and continue to build new business opportunities.

To apply for this role, you will have demonstrable experience in building new business with a proactive and systematic approach. You will possess the drive and confidence to put your commercial nose to brilliant use towards expanding your network and sourcing new business opportunities.

You will be given ongoing support, training and mentoring with some of the best known and well-networked procurement / FM and property recruitment professionals in the industry.

Role Responsibilities:

* Build long-term relationships with the clients and candidates.

* Recognise and strive to meet client’s hiring needs.

* Search appropriate candidates using both our in-house CRM and social media.

* Screen every applicant thoroughly before the interviewing process.

* Hit personal and company targets.

* Sourcing the highest quality candidates to shortlist for clients.

* Create and post job advertisements.

* Supporting your line manager to create and implement recruiting strategies.

* Hit personal and company targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

* 2+ years of recruitment experience.

* Interim recruitment experience desirable.

* Commercially minded.

* Knowledge and understanding of recruiting and sourcing techniques.

* Outstanding relationship-building skills.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Excellent with prioritization and time management.
