Salary: £36,000 – £48,000 per year

I am currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant/Senior Consultant to join a busy Office Services desk.

You will have roles to work on from day one and earn commission on everything you place, WITH NO THRESHOLD!

Based in beautiful offices near Gatwick, with free parking on site. My client is an extremely busy team with lots of team vacancies and clients for you to take over, however, they are also looking for someone who is keen to build their own client base.

They cover a broad area spanning London to Brighton, so lots of opportunities to earn exceptional levels of commission.

My client has just launched a new training programme and offers a fantastic progression scheme with car allowances starting at Senior Consultant level, with salaries and car allowance amounts increasing with every promotion.

Work/Life balance is hugely important so they don’t work silly hours and stay late in the office.

What will you be doing!

* Creating relationships with current clients 

* Working on a broad range of current vacancies from customer service to management level roles

* Creating marketing and Eshots using our marketing templates to attract new clients and candidates

* Interviewing candidates to gain an understanding of what they are looking for as well as in-depth knowledge of their current experience

* Reaching out to new clients to introduce the company and yourself to enable partnering with their recruitment in the future

* Managing PSL portals where clients will release business to you

* Manage your own diary to visit clients
